How does the deposit work?
After you submit a request, we send a quote. A 50% deposit secures your appointment. The remaining balance is due on arrival for your session.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% late-cancel fee. If we wait 15 minutes without contact, the visit is treated as a no-show.
How do I book?
Use the Book Now button anywhere on this site. It opens our Jobber Client Hub request form. Flow: request → quote with 50% deposit → therapist confirmed → remainder on arrival.
What should I know about Couples Massage?
Our Couples Massage is 60 minutes for $499 and typically involves two therapists working at the same time. You’ll need enough space for two setups. Note room size and any access details when you request.
What is the 2-Hour Lymphatic session?
A two-hour lymphatic-focused massage for $599, delivered in your home. It is wellness bodywork — not a medical procedure — and does not diagnose or treat disease. Share relevant preferences or notes in your request; consult your physician for medical questions.
How should I prepare my home?
- Quiet room with clear floor or table space
- Easy path for equipment; note stairs or elevators
- Secure pets if they may interrupt
- Have payment ready for the remaining balance
- Optional: soft lighting, water nearby
Are your therapists licensed?
Yes. We use licensed Florida massage therapists whose credentials can be verified via the Florida Department of Health. We operate as OLA LUX SA LLC.
Where do you serve?
Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, roughly a ~40-mile radius centered on Miramar. See our Service Area page. Include your address in the request so we can confirm.
Do you offer gift bookings?
You can request a session on behalf of someone else — note the recipient’s name, address, and preferred timing in the Client Hub request. We’ll confirm details before taking the deposit.
