Booking & payment
- Appointments begin with a request via our Jobber Client Hub.
- We issue a quote; a 50% deposit is required to reserve the session.
- A licensed therapist is confirmed after deposit.
- The remaining balance is due on arrival.
Cancellation & no-show
- 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule without a late fee.
- Late cancellation: 50% of the service price.
- No-show: 15-minute wait without contact may be treated as a no-show.
Services & scope
Massage and facial services are for wellness and relaxation. They are not medical care and do not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information and obtaining physician clearance when appropriate.
Acceptance
By submitting a booking request and paying a deposit through the Client Hub, you acknowledge and accept the booking terms and policies shown in that flow. If anything on this summary conflicts with the Client Hub terms, the Client Hub terms control.
